As we head into the new year and are surrounded by messages that we have to be better, eat cleaner, and be our “best selves”, I want to remind you that nourishing yourself is the most important thing. How about instead of feeling like we need to cut out things from our life we focus on adding in what makes us feel good? Let’s switch off that scarcity mindset, fuel our bodies with nourishing food, and focus on daily habits.
If we look to nature, we find that plants and animals use wintertime to rest, recharge, and release. This is the time to prepare yourself for Spring (the natural season for growth and revitalizing), not by changing every part of your routine and daily rituals all at once, but taking inventory of
